New Hire – Adds new employee to database

Refund – If a customer wants a refund from Rush. This ensures that they get the money, and that they have been removed from all automation like emails, tune up reminders, and deactivated software.
Sales Person Sales – Creates a ticket for technicians, calculates commission for the salesman, updates customer’s information in CRM
Tech Person Sales – Calculates commission for a technician who gets a sale and updates customer’s information in CRM
Tune Up Authorization – Customer Authorization for Tune Up
TrackOFF Refund – If a customer has purchased TrackOFF (Not from Rush, but via their website or a retailer) – This lets TrackOFF know to deactivate the customers key and refund them
