Rush techs updated and checked my computer when I called today and PATIENTLY walked me through an additional procedure. Have been a client of RUSH for many years and they ALWAYS have patiently answered my questions and have done a great job. Its so nice to be able to rely on them all this time. Thanks SO much

I had to call rush tech support today for help, just bought a new keyboard and it was getting stuck all the time. Adam helped me unlock it and also saw a bunch of other problems like my hard drive going bad. He explained to me what the issues were and if it was worth the money to replace.
