Please allow up to twelve hours for your computer to be completely fixed. There will be many times where you don’t see anything happening on the screen. This is because scans need to operate in the background. WE WILL call you when the work is complete or leave a work complete survey on your screen letting you know that the work is finished. If you need to contact your technician, click on the blue circle with the white cross located at the bottom of your screen and chat with your technician.
