To all of our customers,
We really appreciate the support that we have gotten from you all during Hurricane Irma. We were originally scheduled to return to work tomorrow, 9/12/17 @8AM. Unfortunately, the power is still out in our building, which makes it very difficult for a tech company to operate. Luckily, we have several technicians who have volunteered to work remotely in areas that do have power tomorrow between 10AM EST and 7PM EST.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during these times. Rest assured, we are doing our best to provide the service that you all have come to expect and deserve.
Hopefully, the power is restored in the morning and we can return to our normal 24/7 operations. The good news is that we are safe and doing everything we can to get back on track.
